Stephen Bucheli Bayne, Ed.D. spent the last 37 years in California

K-12 public education. The first sixteen (16) of those years as a school police officer, corporal, sergeant, and captain. For the past twenty (21) years, Dr. Bayne has served as a K-12 risk manager and emergency manager - focusing on emergency and safety school planning. 

Dr. Bayne can guide schools and school districts to develop and sustain a comprehensive emergency management program - grounded in reality and community culture.
